Tender award for URA sale site at Tanjong Rhu Road

1    The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Tanjong Rhu Road to the highest tenderer, CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. and Bedrock Ventures Pte. Ltd.

2    The site at Tanjong Rhu Road was launched for tender on 26 November 2025. The tender for the site closed on 5 February 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
