Tender award for URA sale site at Dairy Farm Walk

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Dairy Farm Walk to the highest tenderer, ABR Holdings Limited, LWH Holdings Pte. Ltd., Macly Capital Pte Ltd and RP Ventures Pte Ltd.
2 The site at Dairy Farm Walk was launched for tender on 26 November 2025. The tender for the site closed on 22 January 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
