URA launches tender for four sale sites at Lentor Central, Kallang Close, Dunearn Road and Telok Ayer Street

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential1 sites at Lentor Central, Kallang Close2 and Dunearn Road as well as a hotel site at Telok Ayer Street for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The sites at Lentor Central, Kallang Close and Dunearn Road can potentially yield about 560, 470 and 330 residential units, respectively. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. The hotel site at Telok Ayer Street is available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 440 hotel rooms and 135 Long-stay Serviced Apartments3.

4 The tender for the Lentor Central, Kallang Close and Dunearn Road sites will close at 12 noon on 3 March 2026, 7 April 2026, and 28 April 2026, respectively.

3The Telok Ayer Street site is available for application for sale as a hotel site (with a component for Long-stay Serviced Apartments (i.e. SA2) use).
