URA launches tender for three sale sites at Dairy Farm Walk, Tanjong Rhu Road, and Dover Drive

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential¹ sites at Dairy Farm Walk, Tanjong Rhu Road, and Dover Drive² for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.  

2. The sites at Dairy Farm Walk, Tanjong Rhu Road, and Dover Drive can potentially yield about 480, 525, and 625 residential units, respectively. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.

4. The tender for the Dairy Farm Walk, Tanjong Rhu Road, and Dover Drive sites will close at 12 noon on 22 January 2026, 5 February 2026, and 26 March 2026, respectively.

¹The sites at Dairy Farm Walk and Tanjong Rhu Road are zoned Residential, while the site at Dover Drive is zoned Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey (See Annex A [PDF, 100kb]).

²This site was previously referred to as Dover Road in the 2H2025 GLS Programme announced on 13 June 2025.
