Tender award for URA sale site at Dorset Road

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Dorset Road to the highest tenderer, United Venture Development (2022) Pte. Ltd.  

2. The site at Dorset Road was launched for tender on 24 June 2025. The tender for the site closed on 9 October 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
