URA launches tender for two sale sites at Bedok Rise and Cross Street

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential1 sites at Bedok Rise and Cross Street for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The site at Bedok Rise can potentially yield about 380 residential units. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. The site at Cross Street is available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 315 long-stay Serviced Apartments2. 1 The site at Bedok Rise is zoned Residential, while the site at Cross Street is zoned Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey (see Annex A [PDF, 98 KB]).
2 The Cross Street site will be made available for application for sale as a dedicated long-stay Serviced Apartment site, under the Serviced Apartments II (SA2) typology.
