URA launches tender for sale site at Bukit Timah Road

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Bukit Timah Road for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

2 The site at Bukit Timah Road can potentially yield about 340 residential units. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. 

3 The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
