Tender award for URA sale site at Chuan Grove

1  The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Chuan Grove to the highest tenderer, Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd. and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd.

2  The site at Chuan Grove was launched for tender on 3 December 2024. The tender for the site closed on 8 July 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
