URA releases three residential sites at Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) and Telok Blangah Road

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential1 sites at Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) and Telok Blangah Road for sale today under the first half 2025 (1H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The sites at Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) and Telok Blangah Road can potentially yield about 425, 595 and 745 residential units respectively. These form part of the 5,030 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 1H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.
3 The Government will sustain a high and steady level of private housing supply for the 2H2025 GLS Programme. 4,725 private residential units will be launched via the 2H2025 Confirmed List, bringing the total Confirmed List supply for 2025 to close to 10,000 units. The Government will continue to closely monitor economic and property market conditions, and when necessary, we are ready to increase both public and private housing supply.

5 The tenders for the Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) and Telok Blangah Road sites will close at 12 noon on 9 October 2025, 23 October 2025 and 4 November 2025 respectively.
