Tender award for URA sale site at Lakeside Drive

1  The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Lakeside Drive to the highest tenderer, CDL Polaris Properties Pte. Ltd. and CDL Polaris Commercial Pte. Ltd.

2  The site at Lakeside Drive was launched for tender on 8 April 2025. The tender for the site closed on 3 June 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
