Tender award for URA sale site at Media Circle (Parcel A)

1.  The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Media Circle (Parcel A) to the highest tenderer, CNQC Realty (Bloomsbury) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. and Hoovasun Holding Pte. Ltd.

2.  The site at Media Circle (Parcel A) was launched for tender on 26 November 2024. The tender for the site closed on 4 March 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. 

3.  Details of the awarded site and the successful tenderer are provided below:
