Award of tender for URA sale site at Jalan Tembusu

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Jalan Tembusu to the highest tenderer, Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.

The site at Jalan Tembusu was launched for tender on 14 March 2023. The tender for the site closed on 18 July 2023. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
