Jurong Lake District - A Place to Grow

Jurong Lake District is envisioned to be Singapore’s largest mixed-use business district outside the city centre, with distinctive mixed-use developments and well-curated public spaces and amenities to serve the needs of businesses, communities and visitors in the area.

Jurong Lake District aims to be a model sustainable district with aspiration to achieve net-zero emissions for new developments by 2045, and district-level solutions such as a District Cooling System and District Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System.

(3) Of which a maximum GFA of 102,000 m2 (estimated to be 1,200 dwelling units) shall be for Flats and a maximum GFA of 24,000 m2 can be for Serviced Apartments. (4) Retail uses being uses for shop, food and beverage, entertainment and outdoor refreshment areas (as permitted by the Competent Authority under the Planning Act), of which at least 1,000 m2 shall be for a supermarket and at least 1,000 m2 for a food court. The responsibility of URA and the Government is limited to notifying purchasers of the eDeveloper’s Packet of any additions, variations or amendments to the tender documents. If a purchaser of the eDeveloper's Packet makes the contents therein available to any other party, whether an associate, a client or an agent or whosoever and whether local or overseas; it shall be the purchaser's responsibility to keep that party informed of any such additions, variations or amendments.
Submission of Tender
The tenderers shall deposit the duly completed Form of Tender in the Tender Box at Room 10-1, 10th Storey, Tower, The URA Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118 on 17 November 2026 at or before 12 noon. Room 10-1 will be opened by 9 am on that day.
Any tender submitted after 12 noon on the tender submission date will not be considered.
Acceptance of Tender
The Authority reserves the right to reject the highest or any tender.
