The final approved amendments to the Master Plan reflect a change in either the zoning or plot ratio in the Master Plan 2025, the designation of conservation areas to the Master Plan, or a change to the Master Plan Written Statement, etc. Under the Planning (Master Plan) Rules 1999, approved amendments are made available for public information.

The following is a list of approved amendments to the Master Plan 2025.

Any reproduction of information on the approved amendments should stipulate clearly that the actual development parameters such as building height are subject to other considerations (e.g. urban design and technical requirements that affect the prescribed maximum permissible intensity for the site).
