Under prevailing guidelines for Orchard Planning Area, ORKs located next to the Orchard Pedestrian Mall belt may be included as bonus GFA if they adhere to the guidelines and submission requirements stated in the Orchard Planning Area Urban Design Guidelines and Plan.
