CIRCULAR TO PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTES

Architects, building owners and developers

Effective Date:
With immediate effect

  1. This circular guides the development (redevelopment or additions and alterations proposal) of sites within the Museum Planning Area (Appendix 1 [PDF, 373.97 KB]).

Guidelines

  1. The planning parameters and urban design guidelines include the building height, building form, building edge, covered walkway and vehicular access requirements. The guidelines are shown in Annex A [PDF, 347.55 KB].
