Parking coupons rates
You can find the rates of parking coupons for cars, buses and lorries in this section.
To pay for parking charges, you can either display coupons or download the Parking.sg app on your mobile devices. Parking rates and operation hours are located on signs at the entrance of URA and HDB car parks, or along kerbside parking lots.

Note:
Due to very low usage, the Whole Day Parking Coupon and Monthly Parking Coupon have been discontinued from 1 Jan 2022 to avoid wastage of such printed coupons. If you have unused coupons, you may seek a refund (see below).

What are the car park charges for whole day parking?
Whole day parking charges are capped at $12 and $20 for car parks outside of and within the Restricted Zone respectively and $5 per night from 10:30pm to 7:00am on the following day.
Motorists are encouraged to use the Parking.sg app which automatically caps the charges for parking at the same car park for the whole day.
Motorists can also continue to use parking coupons to park for a full day or night at the same car park, provided the coupons add up to the abovementioned capped parking charges.

You can get a refund for your unused or your expired coupons at:
The URA Centre (by completing a ‘Refund for Parking Coupons [PDF, 528 KB]’ form and inserting the form with the unused or expired coupons in a sealed envelope and dropping it in the ‘Drop-box for refund of Parking Coupons’ located near the Customer Service Counter)
Please ensure the expired coupons are unused. Coupons with any irregularity – signs of tempering, tabs with folded marks or creased – cannot be refunded.
