Mezzanine 

Mezzanine floors are intermediate part floors located between two normal full floors. These shall be confined within the permissible building envelope.

There are no restrictions on the size of the mezzanine floor. The headroom for each mezzanine floor level shall provide good internal spatial quality for residential living.
