Tender closing for URA sale sites at Canberra Crescent, De Souza Avenue and Zion Road (Parcel B)

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the 3 sites at Canberra Crescent, De Souza Avenue and Zion Road (Parcel B) today. 
  
2. The sites at Canberra Crescent and De Souza Avenue were launched for public tender on 16 April 2024. The site at Zion Road (Parcel B) was on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme. URA had, on 18 April 2024, accepted a successful application for the site to be put up for sale and it was launched for public tender on 13 May 2024. The 3 sites were offered for sale on 99-year lease.

4. This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
