Award of tender for URA sale sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road to the highest tenderers, namely United Venture Development (No. 5) Pte. Ltd. for the site at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Sing-Haiyi Jade Pte. Ltd. for the site at Dunman Road.   

The sites at Pine Grove (Parcel A) and Dunman Road were launched for tender on 24 February 2022 and 14 March 2022 respectively. The tenders for these sites closed on 2 June 2022. The sites were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.
