Award of tender for URA sale site at Dairy Farm Walk

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Dairy Farm Walk to the highest tenderer, Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.
The site at Dairy Farm Walk was launched for tender on 21 October 2021. The tender for the site closed on 8 March 2022. The site was offered for sale on 99-year lease term.
