Legal Requisition

Legal requisition is a search service that provides information on the latest planning decision and the current Master Plan zoning for a property.
Any member of the public may apply for a legal requisition. In most cases, the legal requisition is submitted by law firms for the purpose of property transactions.

To get information on the latest planning decision made by URA, you need to apply for a legal requisition. Use the Apply for Legal Requisition e-service. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the application.
