The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has set up an Inter-Agency Coordinating Committee (IACC) platform to help industry partners resolve issues related to inter-agency regulatory requirements, to enable a smoother and quicker regulatory approval process. Should you encounter such issues in your submission to agencies, you are encouraged to make use of this platform.

The committee comprises representatives from regulatory agencies, professional institutes, industry associations, and public sector developers.
