- This e-Service comprises rental information for private residential properties with rental contracts submitted to IRAS for Stamp Duty assessment within the last 60 months.
- A maximum of 5 projects can be selected at a time. To search for transactions by postal districts, the property type field is compulsory. Please click here to view a list of postal districts and their general locations. A project will not be shown if there are no rental contracts reported within last 60 months.
- This e-Service is updated monthly on the 15th of every month. If the scheduled update falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be updated on the following working day.
- More detailed real estate statistics are available from URA's Real Estate Information System (REALIS). Subscription to REALIS can be done via the following link: www.ura.gov.sg/realis.
