- This e-Service comprises details of major uncompleted commercial projects that are under construction or planned (i.e. those on which construction has not started). Details include name of the developer, the office, retail and hotel GFA and expected year of final Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
- Includes new development or redevelopment projects with planning approvals, i.e. Provisional Permission (PP) or Written Permission (WP). The pipeline supply figures for these projects will be adjusted as necessary e.g. if amendments are made to the development applications or if the planning approvals lapsed.
- Includes only projects with gross floor area of 7,000 sqm and above. Major mixed-use development projects with commercial use will also be included.
- Information is updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October. If the scheduled update falls on a public holiday, it will be updated on the following working day.
