- This e-Service comprises details of major projects that are under construction or planned (i.e. those on which construction has not started). Details include name of the developer, number of units and expected year of final Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
- Includes new development or redevelopment projects with planning approvals, i.e. Provisional Permission (PP) or Written Permission (WP). The pipeline supply figures for these projects will be adjusted accordingly if amendments are made to the development applications or if the planning approvals lapsed.
- Only projects with at least 15 units (for landed properties) and 200 units (for non-landed properties) are shown.
- Information is updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October. If the scheduled update falls on a public holiday, it will be updated on the following working day.
