  1. This e-Service comprises rental information for office properties with rental contracts submitted to IRAS for Stamp Duty Assessment since Jan 2012.

  2. Information is updated on every 4th Friday of January, April, July and October. If the scheduled update falls on a public holiday, it will be updated on the following working day.
  3. Data refers to contract date.
  4. Data refers to gross rent. This includes the base rent and all charges in connection with the lease (such as additional rent, service charge, payment for hire of fittings or equipment, fees for advertising and promotion).
  5. Only data points with at least 3 rental contracts signed in the quarter will be shown.
  6. Category 1 refers to office space in buildings located in core business areas in Downtown Core and Orchard Planning Area which are relatively modern or recently refurbished, command relatively high rentals and have large floor plate size and gross floor area. Category 2 refers to the remaining office space in Singapore which are not included in "Category 1".
  7. The map of Central Region showing Fringe Area and Central Area is available here. Outside Central Region refers to the planning areas which are outside the Central Region.
