Housing Developers
If you are developing a housing project with more than four units, you will have to comply with the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act and its Rules.

Non-Residential Developers
If you are developing a non-residential project with more than four units, you will have to comply with the Sale of Commercial Properties Act and its Rules.

Prevention of Money Laundering, Proliferation Financing and Terrorism Financing
If you are developing a housing project or non-residential project with more than 4 units, you will have to comply with the prevention of money laundering, proliferation financing and terrorism financing provisions under the Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Sale of Commercial Properties Act and the Rules.

Developer Survey System (DSS)
All licensed housing developers are required to provide information via DSS whenever required by the Controller. Licensed housing developers can apply up to three Developer Survey System (DSS) user accounts.
