  1. The Master Plan 2025 is officially gazetted on 01 December 2025. The Master Plan is the statutory land use plan that guides the physical development of Singapore over the next 10 to 15 years. The gazette concludes the review of the Master Plan and a two-year long public engagement programme.

  2. The Master Plan 2025 and the Master Plan Written Statement 2025 are available in hard copy at The URA Centre Atrium for public viewing. The plans are also available online at www.ura.gov.sg (opens in new tab). I would appreciate it if you could convey the contents of this circular to your members.
