CIRCULAR TO PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTES
Who Should Know:
Developers, building owners, property managers, qualified persons, architects.
This circular is to inform the industry of the Last-mile Delivery Guide for Developments (opens in new tab).
The guide shares design and operational practices that can be implemented within developments to improve delivery experiences for different stakeholders, including delivery personnel, residents, tenants and security officers.
We strongly encourage all building owners, developers, QPs and building managers to refer to the Guide and adopt the recommended design guidelines and operational practices, where feasible.
The Guide supplements the technical agencies’ prevailing Code of Practices, requirements or design standards, which should take precedence.
We would appreciate it if you could convey the contents of this circular to the relevant members of your organisation.
Thank You.
