The URA has completed a plan to guide development on lots 4872 to 4878 MK 24 at Playfair Road as shown in the attached plan [PDF, 70.92 KB](ref. URA/DC Plan Release 6/95 E).
The street-block plan is meant to guide the form, layout of infill development or re-development within the above street-block. Planning parameters include type of landuse, plot ratio, building height, form of development and setback requirements. Car Park requirements are also prescribed. These guidelines are tabulated in Annex 1 for your easy reference.
Street-block plans are continuously prepared to guide the form, layout or plot size of infill development for certain areas. These are areas with a special character or where the property subdivision or building layout is such that some guidelines are required to rationalise the development pattern.
