Prescribed guidelines for access, type of land use, form of development, setback requirements and allowable buildings within this streetblock are tabulated and attached for easy reference. Setback controls and other requirements have been imposed so as to safeguard the amenity of the nearby residential estate.

  3. Street block plans are continuously prepared to guide the form, layout or plot size of infill development for certain areas. These are areas with a special character or where the property subdivision or building layout is such that some guidelines are required to rationalise the development pattern.
