Development Control Division is pleased to release the street-block plan for the area bounded by Chuan Hoe Avenue, Parry Avenue, Phillips Avenue and Sandilands Road. This is the 4th release for 1993.
This area previously identified for semi-detached /detached dwelling houses development, is now allowed for mixed residential development. This includes conventional housing, cluster housing, strata bungalows, townhouse developments up to 3-storey* and flats developments up to 4-storey*.
The street-block plan [PDF, 1.04 MB] ref: URA/DC Plan Release 4/93 E is attached for your reference. This plan supersedes URA/DC Plan Release 2/91 E.
There are areas still under study and will be made known in the same manner as and when approved.

AREAS BOUNDED BY CHUAN HOE AVENUE/PARRY AVENUE/PHILLIPS AVENUE AND SANDILANDS ROAD
The purpose of this plan release is to inform the public of an approved plan for regulating developments in the area bounded by Chuan Hoe Avenue, Parry Avenue, Phillips Avenue and Sandilands Road as depicted on attached plan.
This area is allowed for mixed residential development which includes conventional housing, cluster housing, strata bungalows, townhouse developments up to 3-storey* and flats developments up to 4-storey*.
This control plan supersedes URA/DC Plan Release 2/91 E.
Footnote:
* The floor to floor height control for residential development are 4.5m for the 1st storey and 3.6m for the upper storeys.
