URA has revised the street block plan for The Inglewood as shown inAnnex 1.
The street block plan will be used to guide development (for redevelopment or addition & alteration proposals) within the street block.
Guidelines
The prescribed guidelines for this street block plan include the planning parameters for type of land use, building form, height control, and minimum setback requirements. The details are shown inAnnex 2. The street block plan is not applicable in the event of an en-bloc redevelopment involving the entire street block.
I would appreciate it if you could convey the contents of this circular to your members. We have updated the same in theDevelopment Control Handbooks. You are advised to refer to these Handbooks for the most updated guidelines and procedures instead of referring to past circulars.
