The URA has completed a review on the streetblock plans to guide redevelopment of the 7 rows of party-wall developments along Maju Avenue, Kensington Park Road and Serangoon Garden Way as shown in the attached plan, URA/DC Plan Release 2/2014E [PDF, 52.4 KB] (opens in new tab). The guidelines are shown in Annex A below.
