Details of Guidelines
The URA has completed a streetblock plan to guide the development of the houses along Ernani Street, Rienzi Street and Norma Terrace as shown in the attached plan,Plan URA/DC Plan Release 1/2009E.
Given the small plot sizes and shallow plot depths of the houses within this streetblock, we have relaxed the front setback requirement for the houses within this streetblock. All redevelopment and additions & alterations proposals for the houses within this streetblock are to follow the guidelines in Annex A in terms of setback. All other development control guidelines will still apply.
