The URA has completed a street block plan to guide the development of the above captioned lots at Jasmine Road as shown in the attached plan, Plan URA/DC PLAN RELEASE 4/2000 E. The guidelines are shown in Annex A.

ANNEX A URA/DC PLAN RELEASE 4/2000 E STREET-BLOCK PLAN FOR LOTS 47-16, 22-73 TO 22-78 MK 15 AT JASMINE ROAD (BISHAN PLANNING AREA) The prescribed guidelines for the Street Block Plan at Jasmine Road for the above captioned lots are: Land Use Residential. Building Form Semi-detached & detached houses. Building Setback Requirements Front: 1st and 2nd storey: 5m from boundary / road reserve line. Side: 1st and 2nd storey: 2m. Rear: 1st and 2nd storey: 3m. Height Control Maximum 2 storeys.
