The URA has completed a street block plan to guide the development of the above captioned lots at Lowland Road as shown in the attached plan, Plan URA/DC PLAN RELEASE 2/2000 E. The guidelines are shown in Annex A.

The prescribed guidelines for the Street Block Plan at Lowland Road for the above captioned lots are:

Height Control | Maximum 3 storeys. | |
Other Requirements | The building setback requirements and height control as indicated above are applicable to landed housing development only. Other building forms, e.g. flat development, if proposed, will have to comply with the prevailing guidelines for such development. | |
