The URA has completed a street block plan to guide the development of the above captioned lots at Lowland Road as shown in the attached plan [GIF, 255KB] (opens in new tab), Plan URA/DC PLAN RELEASE 2/2000 E. The guidelines are shown in Annex A.

STREET BLOCK PLAN FOR LOTS 121-286 TO 121-291 MK 22 AT LOWLAND ROAD

The prescribed guidelines for the Street Block Plan at Lowland Road for the above captioned lots are:

Table caption

Land Use	Residential
Building Form	Landed housing.
Building Setback Requirements	Front:	1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd storey: 5m.
	Side:	To abut boundary with no openings.
	Rear:	1^st storey : To abut backlane. 2^nd & 3^rd storeys: 3m.
Height Control	Maximum 3 storeys.
Other Requirements	The building setback requirements and height control as indicated above are applicable to landed housing development only. Other building forms, e.g. flat development, if proposed, will have to comply with the prevailing guidelines for such development.
