  1. The URA has completed a street block plan to guide the development of the above captioned lots at Dido Street, Dafne Street and Aida Street as shown in the attached plan, Plan URA/DC PLAN RELEASE 1/2000 E. The guidelines are shown in Annex A.

Front:

1st and 2nd storey: 5m from boundary / road reserve line.

Side:

To abut boundary / road reserve line with no openings.

For Lot 258-132 MK 27 at Aida Street and Lot 258-134 MK 27 at Dafne Street:
1st and 2nd storey: 2m.


Rear:

1st storey: To abut backlane.

2nd storey: 3m.


Height Control

Maximum 2 storeys.
