We are pleased to inform you that with immediate effect the licensing condition requiring housing developers to submit their booking registers and related documents to the Controller of Housing for a duration of 6 months, commencing from the date of the issue of the first Option to Purchase is no longer required.
However, please note that under Rule 9 of the Housing Developers Rules, developers are still required to maintain the Booking Register and the Controller or any of his officers may require them to produce their Booking Register for his inspection.
