  1. We are pleased to inform you that with effect from 9 April 2002, developers can apply for the housing developer licence electronically through the URA e-services for developers.

  2. We request your assistance to inform your members of the above so that developers would be able to apply for the licence online from our website at https://www.ura.gov.sg.
