URA is the main land sales agent for the Government. We make available land for sale for commercial, hotel, private residential and industrial developments in Singapore. Adequate supply is also provided to meet demand.
Each GLS programme is planned for and announced every 6 months. GLS sites are released either through the Reserve List or Confirmed List.
