URA launches tender for residential site at Cuscaden Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Cuscaden Road for sale by public tender today under the Confirmed List of the first half 2018 (1H2018) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield about 170 residential units.

Other Details

The tender for this site will close at 12 noon on 26 April 2018. The tender closing for this site will be batched with two other residential sites at Silat Road and Mattar Road which will be launched for sale in March 2018 under the 1H2018 GLS Programme.
