URA releases four sites at Holland Road, Handy Road, Mattar Road and Canberra Drive for sale

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released four sites for sale today under the 2nd Half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. 

The sites at Holland Road and Handy Road are launched for sale under the Confirmed List while the sites at Mattar Road and Canberra Drive are made available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these four sites can potentially yield about 1,720 residential units. Details of the land parcels can be found in Annex 1 [PDF, 90kb] and the location plans are in Annex 2 [PDF, 702kb].

Concept & Price Revenue Tender for Holland Road site

Holland Village is one of Singapore’s endearing Identity Nodes and a distinctive lifestyle destination. The land parcel at Holland Road for a mixed-use and pedestrian-oriented development will add vibrancy and extend the Identity Node. The future development is envisioned to build on and reinforce the continued success of Holland Village through enhancing the area’s buzz with more activity generating uses such as retail and dining options and providing more residences in the heart of Holland Village. Newly created community spaces will also allow people to gather and interact. In line with this vision, we are adopting a Concept and Price Revenue tender to shortlist compelling development concepts that are attractive and will complement the adjacent low rise and street-oriented character of Holland Village. 

Other Details

The tender for the residential site at Handy Road will close at 12 noon on 30 January 2018, together with another residential site at Chong Kuo Road and the Executive Condominium site at Sumang Walk.

The Concept and Price Revenue tender for the Holland Road sale site will close at 12 noon on 20 March 2018.
