Apply for Outline Application

An Outline Application is a broad proposal that allows you to test out a proposed land use, plot ratio or building height of a property before deciding if you want to proceed with a formal application. You should only submit an Outline Application for additions and alterations or new erection of buildings to test your proposed development if you know that:
- the proposed intensity or height is beyond approved control parameters;
- the proposed development does not conform with intended Master Plan land uses

This form will take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
The decision notice will be sent to you within 4 weeks once your payment has been processed.
