Before you proceed with the eService, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the eService, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the eService. SEASON PARKING Only a limited number of season parking tickets is offered for any URA car park and this depends on the capacity of the car park and the short-term parking needs. Periodic surveys are carried out at the car park to ensure that a balance between short-term needs and season parking needs are met. Season parking tickets are therefore issued on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the season parking tickets are sold out, applicants will be put on a waiting list and offered the season parking tickets as and when these become available. ELIGIBILITY Applicants with Singapore registered vehicles (except for laid-up vehicles) are eligible on a first-come-first-served basis. Season parking at some car parks is restricted to only residents and tenants of buildings which do not have parking facilities. Vehicle weight Only vehicles with unladen weight not exceeding 1,800 kg are eligible. Ownership of vehicle If the applicant is not the owner of the vehicle, one of the following conditions must be satisfied: a. The vehicle is owned by the parent, sibling, child or spouse of the applicant. b. The vehicle is a company registered vehicle and the applicant is a partner or owner of the company. c. The vehicle is a company registered vehicle and the applicant is an employee to whom the vehicle is given for his/her personal use. d. The vehicle is a rented vehicle and it is hired by the applicant or the applicant's sibling, parent, child or spouse.
Conditions of sale Sale of season parking tickets is subject to availability and is on a first-come-first-served basis. If tickets are not available, you may join the waiting list.
URA reserves the right to withdraw the season parking ticket without any prior notice in any of the following circumstances: a. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stipulated above or conveyed to the applicant from time to time. b. The applicant has one or more outstanding parking offence notices for which a final reminder has been sent.
Documents to be produced Copies of the appropriate documents listed below shall be submitted to URA as proof of the various requirements set out below before the application can be considered:
Proof of residence Where season parking is restricted to nearby residents and tenants and you are a non-Singapore citizen, the Tenancy Agreement of the residence is to be furnished. If the tenancy agreement is signed between the applicant's employer and the lessor, a letter from the company certifying that the applicant is its employee is required. Proof of relationship between applicant and vehicle owner a. If the vehicle owner is the applicant's sibling, the birth certificates of both the new vehicle owner and the applicant. b. If the vehicle owner is the applicant's parent or child, the birth certificates of the child and NRIC of the parent. c. If the vehicle owner is the applicant's spouse, the marriage certificate. d. If the vehicle is a company vehicle and the applicant is the partner or owner of the company, a certified extract of the particulars of the directors /partners of the company from the Registrar of Companies and Businesses. e. If the vehicle is a company registered vehicle and the applicant is a company employee, a letter from the company certifying that the applicant is given the vehicle for his/her personal use. f. If the vehicle is a rented vehicle and is leased by the applicant, the leasing agreement. If the vehicle is not leased by the applicant, the appropriate documents to show relationship between the hirer and the applicant.

Furnishing of particulars Complete and correct particulars must be furnished, otherwise the application may be rejected. ROLLBACK FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction and wish to check on the status of the transaction, please write to us at www.ura.gov.sg/contactus and provide the following details: a. Transaction identification number (if any); b. Point at which error occurred; c. Date/Time of transaction; and d. Error message (if any)
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after the modifications have been made.
URA GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS Of ACCESS In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
