Before you proceed with the eService, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the eService, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the eService. SEASON PARKING A limited number of season parking tickets is offered for any URA car park or heavy vehicle park, where season parking scheme is implemented. The number of season parking tickets we can offer depends on the capacity of the car park or heavy vehicle park and the short-term parking needs. Periodic surveys are carried out to ensure that the short-term and season parking needs are met. Season parking tickets are issued on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the season parking tickets are sold out, applicants will be put on a waiting list and offered the season parking tickets when there are available tickets to be sold. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR HEAVY VEHICLE SEASON PARKING Only vehicles with an unladen weight exceeding 1,800 kg are eligible to apply for heavy vehicle season parking tickets. You will only be able to apply for a season parking ticket for your vehicle if the vehicle owner's business address or the driver's residential address is in the vicinity of the heavy vehicle park. If your application is placed on the waiting list, you may submit a second application for the same vehicle at another nearby heavy vehicle park subject to a maximum of 2 applications per vehicle. Each vehicle can be issued with only 1 season parking ticket. Conditions of sale Applications are to be made under the name of the vehicle owner only. For rented vehicles, the applicant must be the hirer of the vehicle.
The applicant shall ensure that the use and parking of the vehicle observes and complies with all prevailing laws and regulations in Singapore.
URA reserves the right to withdraw the season parking ticket without any prior notice in any of the following circumstances: a. Failure to comply with the condition stipulated above or conveyed to the applicant from time to time. b. The applicant has one or more outstanding parking offence notices for which a final reminder has been sent. c. The vehicle parking certificate issued to the vehicle is used fraudulently for any of the purposes defined in the Parking Places (Parking of Heavy Vehicles) Rules 1994. d. Failure to observe or comply with any of the prevailing laws and regulations in Singapore. Documents to be produced Copies of the appropriate documents listed below shall be submitted to URA as proof of the various requirements set out below for the application to be considered: Proof of authorised driver If the driver of the vehicle is not the vehicle owner or applicant, the applicant will need to submit the below documents for verification at the point of application and upon allocation, if applicable: For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents a. A copy of the driver's NRIC b. CPF contribution statement c. Driving License For Foreigners a. Work Permit b. Documentary proof of residential address c. Driving License
If there are subsequent changes to the driver's particulars for the season parking ticket application, the applicant is required to inform URA of the changes with the relevant documents stipulated above.
Proof of hiring of vehicle The applicant will need to submit a copy of the duly signed leasing agreement for the rented vehicle between the applicant and the leasing company. Please submit a copy of the relevant documents here. Furnishing of particulars Complete and correct particulars must be furnished, otherwise the application may be rejected. ROLLBACK FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction and wish to check on the status of the transaction, please write to us at www.ura.gov.sg/contactus and provide the following details: a. Transaction identification number (if any); b. Point at which error occurred; c. Date/Time of transaction; and d. Error message (if any)
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after the modifications have been made.
URA GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS Of ACCESS In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
