- This e-Service allows you to obtain permission to carry out: (1) new/amended additions and alterations to landed houses; (2) new/amended additions and alterations to free standing structures with Gross Floor Area (GFA) of less than 120 sqm (including Outdoor Refreshment Areas); (3) demolition of existing buildings; (4) earthworks (e.g. engineering, mining, other operations in/on/over/under land).
- This form will take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
- The decision notice will be sent to you within 4 weeks once your payment has been processed.
