After you have successfully submitted your application, please pay the licence fee via bank transfer or PayNow.

For Bank Transfer, please select Payment for Housing Developer’s Licence and follow the steps required here.

For PayNow, you may scan the PayNow QR Code below or key in our UEN+Suffix: T08GB0064CCOH.
1. You need to indicate the Reference Number* of the licence application in the comments or description field to avoid delay in the processing of the payment.
* If there is insufficient space, you can exclude the 1st two characters of the Reference Number, i.e. instead of keying in HM18050717693, you can just key in 18050717693.

2. After successful payment, please send email to ura_coh_registry@ura.gov.sg to notify us of the payment made with the following details:

• Applicant's Name:
• Reference Number of the licence application: [e.g HM18050717693]
• Bank Transaction Number:
• Date of Transaction:
