Apply for Gross Floor Area (GFA) Verification

Information

  1. This e-service allows you to apply for the verification of the GFA of your proposed or existing development. This is an independent service which is delinked from development applications.

  2. This digital data should be drawn to scale and in accordance with submission guidelines for digital calculation plans. The verified GFA will be provided based on the date the plans are submitted and verified by the Competent Authority.
  3. Requirements:
    • You must obtain owner’s consent
    • You must provide the following supporting documents:
      • Recomputation plans
      • For existing strata-titled development, the approved strata plans clearly showing the strata boundaries
      • For proposed strata-titled development, the proposed strata plans clearly showing the strata boundaries
    • Other supporting documents (if necessary)
    • Payment of fees will be by eNets, Credit Card, PayNow or Bank Transfer
  4. For Singaporeans and PR, you can retrieve your personal data with Myinfo to automatically fill up the form.
  5. A draft copy will be saved every time the form is continued to the next step.
  6. This e-Service should take about 15 minutes to complete.
